What kind of VPS do you offer?
We provide unmanaged Virtual Private Servers (VPS) powered by KVM virtualization. These servers come with Linux systems and root access, giving you the flexibility and control you need.
What's your uptime guarantee?
We pride ourselves on reliability and offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee for our VPS services.
How do you handle backups and data retention?
While we offer backup services for our VPS, we can't guarantee permanent data retention. It's essential for our customers to ensure they have their own backup solutions in place for vital data.
What's your refund policy?
We have a 14-day money-back guarantee for the first order. However, some exceptions apply, such as if you've consumed more than 10% of your allocated bandwidth or if your IPs get blacklisted.
How can I get support?
Our dedicated support team is available via email and ticketing. We always aim to respond within 24 hours.
What personal data do you store?
We store essential information like your name, billing address, email address, and phone number. However, you can request the deletion of this data at any time.
Are there any prohibited activities on the VPS?
Yes, any activities that are illegal in the Netherlands are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, hacking, phishing, unauthorized scanning, and any other malicious or illegal actions.
What happens if I don't renew my services on time?
If renewal invoices are not paid within 7 days, services will be terminated. We send out reminders 15 days before the due date to help you avoid this.
Do you limit any ports? Is sending emails allowed?
We block port 25 by default. We can make exceptions by reviewing your sending domain(s) if necessary.
Can I set rDNS?
Yes, rDNS can be set automatically in our control panel.
Do you offer additional IPv4 addresses?
No, we don't. We only provide one IPv4 address per VPS.
What payment methods do you support?
We support Paypal, all major credit and debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and China UnionPay, we also support iDEAL, as well as bank transfer and cryptocurrency.
Which operating systems do you provide?
We provide Arch Linux, Alpine Linux, AlmaLinux, CentOS Stream, Debian, Fedora, FreeBSD, openSUSE, Oracle Linux, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu, systemrescue.iso and netboot.xyz.iso. We do not support Windows.
Do you have looking glass?
Yes, our looking glass is available at lg.hizakura.nl.
Is the bandwidth monthly or yearly? What happens if bandwidth limit reached?
The allocated bandwidth is monthly. If you reach the limit, the port of your VPS will be limited to 10Mbps until the next month.
Do you allow service transfer?
No, account transfers are not allowed.
Can I request to change IP address?
No, assigned IP addresses cannot be changed.
